Right outside the small town of Mistralton there was a farm. Really it was a compound of sorts, several homes grouped together with a office in the middle. The people there grew their own food, bred and raised various pokemon, and most importantly, trained some of Unova's most well known couriers.

Sarah smiled sitting on the front porch of the small cabin she and two of the other girls she grew up with stayed. It was peaceful out here, nice to see the young kids running around and playing with Pokemon. Her bare feet felt nice on the warm wood, just as good as the cool glass of lemonaid in her hand was. Really, nothing could get better than this.

The young woman frowned glancing up looking toward the front of the 'neighborhood' hearing some sort of commotion. maybe some travelers looking for a place to rest for the night? only one way to find out.

"Come on Meeko" the raven stood as did her faithful umbreon and together they made their way up front to investigate.

He had landed in the compound after traveling from his home outside of Opelucid City. His Togekiss hovered behind him, the saddle still fastened around its wings and belly. He was a young man, barely an adult at nineteen, but he had a sternness in his face that would make you think that he was much older. His brown, leather jacket bore the pins of a Ranger.

When he landed, some of the children had run up to greet him. He was used to it, truth be told. Children had fantastic ideas about the life of a Ranger. It humored him, though you could never tell from looking at him. Croí, on the other hand, quite obviously loved the attention. She touched down on the ground and folded her wings behind her allowing the children to approach her and run their fingers over her downy feathers. She gave her typical high pitched sound sound of "Toge-Kree!" and the children burst into giggles.

Sarah smiled some seeing the Ranger. It wasn't uncommon for one to show up every now an again for a place to stay for the night. She made her way over to the small crowd of children and gave a friendly wave "Well hey there, welcome to our little slice of heaven. How can we help you today?"

The umbreon wandered over to the new pokemon curiously sniffing at the other before giving a "Bre~" in greeting.
