Though there are large buildings and grand hotels here, once you step past the ocean wall you are transported back in time to the way the world was intended to be. The rich sapphire hues of the water and its warm slosh were therapeutic to him. His pokémon enjoyed it as well. Even now, he was watching Croí jet back and forth over the water, skimming the waves with the tips of her wings. Every few moments, Abhainn would pop her head back up out of the water, just far enough away from the shore that she could play beneath the waves. Sciath was spending his time rolling in the sand, half burying himself into the cool, moist grains that lay farther down. His other Pokémon had chosen to stay in their Pokéballs, all save Milis. She was at Daire's beach house on the hill, fussing over the potted plants on his terrace.
He exhaled a deep sigh and tilted his head up to the sun. The warm kiss of its far-reaching rays absorbed all of his pains, releasing them into the atmosphere and leaving him with a feeling of pure relaxation. Hopefully it would last.
